It can accommodate up to 30 seated guests and is suitable both for residential seminars for our accommodated guests and for external business meetings looking for a practical and functional venue near the airport.

The room is equipped with all the necessary equipment to ensure the success of your events: video projector, TV screen connectable by HDMI, flipchart and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. This modern and bright space offers an ideal setting for business meetings, training sessions, commercial presentations, workshops and board meetings. To complement your events, we offer the possibility of including a business lunch served in our restaurant, allowing your colleagues and participants to enjoy a gourmet break on site without any logistical constraints.

For larger needs, we collaborate with a partner event center located 5 minutes walk from the hotel, capable of accommodating up to 100 participants. Our guests can park in our free secure parking lot and then easily reach the room on foot, an ideal solution for organizing seminars, conferences and large professional events in Toulouse.
