This section constitutes the TOU of the Site. Its purpose is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Site by the user. The user of the Site is deemed to have knowledge of and comply with the TOU.

The Site constitutes a work of the mind within the meaning of the applicable provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. The presentation and each of the elements of the Site, including the domain name, trademarks, logos, signs, drawings, illustrations, photographs, texts, graphics and other files appearing on the Site, are protected by French and international legislation in force on intellectual property, and belong to OSKO or are subject to authorization for use.

As such, we benefit in our capacity as author of this original creation from protection and rights reserved by law.

Downloaded elements such as software, files, illustrations, data or any other content are the property of OSKO. Photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, animated sequences, sound or not, as well as all works integrated into the Site are the property of OSKO or third parties who have authorized OSKO to use them. All trademarks and trade names used on the Site are registered trademarks or correspond to a distinctive sign belonging to our company or to our partners, who have granted us the right to exploit these trademarks and trade names as well as the necessary license for this purpose.

No element composing the site https://hotel-toulouse-airport.com may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, loaded, denatured, transmitted or distributed in any way, on any medium, partially or fully, without the written and prior authorization of OSKO except for strictly personal, private and non-commercial use without modification of elements present on the site. Any reproduction, representation, distribution, use or modification, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, and more generally any use made for commercial purposes or for any other purpose of all or part of the Site or any of the logos and/or trademarks is strictly prohibited and constitutes an offense of counterfeiting likely to engage the responsibility of its author. This prohibition applies regardless of the reproduction, representation and/or modification process, and whatever its duration.

Any other use not expressly authorized of the site https://hotel-toulouse-airport.com or its elements would constitute an infringement of OSKO's rights liable in particular for counterfeiting sanctioned by articles L 355-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Each client, prospect or partner has a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable right to consult the information contained on the Site for their own needs for hotel reservation purposes.

They are authorized to extract and/or reuse part of the Site's content for personal consultation purposes, provided that this extraction and/or reuse does not relate to a part, assessed qualitatively or quantitatively, substantial of the Site's content. In addition, repeated extraction and/or reuse of even non-substantial content is also prohibited.

Any total or partial reproduction of the Site for other purposes is expressly prohibited by articles L.342-1 and L.342.2 of the Intellectual Property Code. Communication to the public of all or part of the Site's content is also prohibited, in any form and for any audience. In particular, the use for commercial purposes of the content of this site is expressly prohibited.

The Site is made available to users for their personal and non-commercial use. Any display, download or printing of parts of the documents contained on the Site must be for your strictly personal and non-commercial use.

We implement all means to ensure the operation of the Site 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee or affirm that the functions contained on the Site will operate without interruption or error. Consequently, we decline all responsibility, particularly in the event of bugs, errors, interruptions, or maintenance operations on the Site resulting in a temporary interruption.

We do not guarantee that the servers hosting the Site are free from viruses or other harmful elements, or that a technical problem may occur that could damage the components of the user's computer or mobile device (phone or tablet) or data that could be stored there due to their use of the Site. In any case, neither OSKO nor its subcontractors may be held responsible for any damage that may occur when a user connects to the Site.

The different sections of the Site may contain links to other sites or Internet sources. We exercise no control over these sites or sources. We assume no responsibility for the availability of these sites or sources, their content, advertisements, products or services, nor for any other information or data available on or from these external sites or sources.

Each user of the Site must use the Internet responsibly, with respect and courtesy towards the rights of other Internet users. Any use of the Site by a user for commercial, personal (other than within the framework of personal activities), or entertainment purposes (multimedia "network" game or others) is prohibited.

Information communicated by the user when using the Site may constitute personal data. The collection and processing of this personal data are governed by our personal data protection policy which forms an integral part of these TOU. By using the Site, the user consents that we may collect personal data concerning them, in particular to provide them with access to the Site, improve and optimize its quality, inform them of information relating to our services and our news, and carry out statistical studies and analyses.

The use of the Site may generate during its use "trace files", i.e. small text files likely to be recorded in a dedicated space on the hard drive of your terminal (computer, smartphone, tablet, ...), and which may be used by websites for a better user experience, with the exception of all data relating to the content of exchanged correspondence or consulted information.

These TOU are governed by French law independently of conflicts of legal provisions. French courts have sole jurisdiction for any dispute relating to these TOU and the Site. In the event that one of the clauses of these TOU is null due to a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this cannot in any case affect the validity and compliance with the other clauses of the TOU.

We may, at our sole discretion, modify these TOU. Modifications are applicable and effective from their publication date. By continuing to use the Site after the publication of modifications, you agree to comply with them. We invite you to consult the TOU regularly in order to be informed of any possible modification. The most recent version of our TOU remains permanently available on the Site.

OSKO undertakes that the collection and processing of your data are carried out lawfully, fairly and transparently, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

We may collect information about you and/or the people accompanying you, including the following:

• Contact details (e.g., last name, first name, phone number, email)
• Personal information (e.g., date of birth, nationality)
• Information about your children (e.g., first name, date of birth, age)
• Your credit card number (for transaction and reservation purposes)
• Information appearing on an identity document (such as identity card, passport or driver's license)
• Your arrival and departure dates
• Your preferences and interests (e.g., smoking or non-smoking room, preferred floor, type of bedding, type of newspapers/magazines, sports, cultural interests, food and beverage preferences, etc.)
• Your questions/comments, during or after a stay
• Technical and location data you generate when using our websites and applications

Generally, we collect personal data directly from you, at the time of reservation, whether digital remotely or on-site in person. Information is voluntary, unless we inform you that the data is mandatory, for example, because it is necessary to book your hotel room.

Your data is used to improve service quality and your experience. We share your data with several authorized persons and departments within OSKO in order to offer you the best experience in our establishments.

OSKO takes appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, to protect your personal data against any unlawful or accidental destruction, alteration or loss, any misuse and any unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

The OSKO website is likely to place cookies on your terminal. The cookie records information relating to navigation on the service. You can configure your browser to block cookies if you wish.

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data collected by OSKO and to access it, subject to applicable legal provisions. The total amount of the stay is payable in advance by credit card at the time of booking for non-cancellable and non-refundable stays. For all other rates, a pre-authorization is made before arrival.

The amount due is refundable in case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the start date of the stay. After that, the amount due is non-refundable.

The room is available from 3 PM. Contact reception to schedule an early check-in for an additional 10 euros.

The room must be vacated no later than 11 AM on weekdays and 12 PM on weekends. Contact reception to schedule a late check-out for an additional 20 euros.

Free accommodation and breakfast for 1 child (or several children) between 3 and 12 years old sharing their parents' room using existing bedding. For babies under 3 years old, crib and breakfast are free.

Accommodation price per night for a double room accommodating 1 to 2 people: Between €110 and €150 (Taxes and fees included in the rate)

Accommodation price per night for a family room accommodating 2 to 4 people: Between €130 and €200 (Taxes and fees included in the rate)

Buffet breakfast price per adult (from 12 years old): €15 (Taxes and fees included in the rate)

Buffet breakfast price per child (between 3 and 12 years old): €10 (Taxes and fees included in the rate)

Day Use accommodation price between 11 AM and 4 PM: €65 (Taxes and fees included in the rate)

Parking price for 24 hours (excluding package offer): €15 (Taxes and fees included in the rate)

Tourist tax per adult per night: €2.30

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Services

OSKO operates this website https://hotel-toulouse-airport.com (hereinafter the "Site"). The Site allows booking of rooms (and other complementary services) in its hotel or in other types of accommodation operated under the "OSKO" brand (hereinafter collectively the "Establishments"). It should be noted that all messages transmitted through the Site may be intercepted and their confidentiality cannot be guaranteed as long as they have not reached us.

1 - PREAMBLE

These general conditions (the "Conditions") define the clauses and conditions under which OSKO allows its customers (the "Customer(s)") to benefit from all services, and in particular reservation services, available on this Site and otherwise described below (together the "Services"). Before any reservation of a Service on the Site, the Customer declares: that they are acting personally and not as part of a commercial activity; and that they are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to accept these Conditions.

2 - SERVICE DESCRIPTION

OSKO offers reservation services for hotel rooms or other types of accommodation ("Accommodation Services") and services complementary to these Accommodation Services ("Complementary Services"), on its Site. The Accommodation Services and Complementary Services are hereinafter collectively referred to as "OSKO Services".

3 - RESERVATION PROCESS

The Customer chooses any Service presented on the Site or on the sites of its Partners by following the process provided for this purpose. Reservations of OSKO Services can be made by the Customer on the Site or on site physically. The reservation process varies depending on the Customer's path and request.

4 - PRICE

Prices relating to the reservation of Services are indicated before, during and after the reservation. For Accommodation Services, the prices indicated relate to a room for the number of people and the selected date.

5 - PAYMENT

The Customer provides their payment information in order to pay in advance when booking before the stay or to guarantee the reservation. Payment methods available include Visa and Mastercard, American Express cards.

6 - Credit card guarantee

The reservation guarantee by credit card implies that the Customer's payment details are entered when booking. No amount is debited from the Customer's credit card and the stay price is paid directly to the Establishment on the day of arrival or departure.

7 - Prior authorization

If the Customer has not paid in advance online the price of their stay, the Establishment may, on the date of their arrival, request authorization (called "pre-authorization") from the Customer's bank for the credit card, up to an amount that may reach that of the reservation plus a fixed amount used to cover all consumption or expenses made by the Customer on site.

8 - Customer No-Show

If the Customer does not show up on the first day of the reservation of an OSKO Service (no-show), their reservation will be fully cancelled and if the reservation in question is non-cancellable and/or non-exchangeable and/or non-refundable, the Establishment will keep, as a deposit, the total amount paid by the Customer when booking.

9 - CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF SERVICE RESERVATION

For Accommodation Services, please note that consumer law provides for an exception to the general right of withdrawal or cancellation for contracts relating to the provision of Accommodation Services on a specific date or during a specific period. For each reservation of a Service, the Special Conditions provide for the cancellation and/or modification conditions of the reservation.

11 - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Entering banking information and electronic acceptance of these Conditions as well as the Special Clauses and Conditions constitute an electronic contract between the Parties.

12 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

After having contacted Customer Service or the Establishment to try to resolve the dispute amicably, in case of negative response or no response within sixty (60) days from this contact, the Customer can contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator - BP 80303 - 75823 Paris Cedex 17.
