  • Is the hotel soundproofed despite the proximity to the runways?
     
    Although the hotel is located only a 10-minute walk from the airport, its location has been designed to avoid direct exposure to aircraft corridors during takeoffs and landings. In addition, all our rooms are equipped with high-performance double glazing and offer a pleasant view of the garden, ensuring a calm and restful stay. Aircraft noise will therefore not be a source of disturbance in our establishment.
  • Do you offer a free shuttle service to the airport?
     
    We provide a free shuttle service for your trips between the hotel and the airport. To benefit from it, remember to book in advance by contacting us by email or phone, indicating your name, reservation number and flight information. Did you forget to book? No worries: contact us as soon as you arrive. As the hotel is located only 5 minutes by car from the airport, our team can quickly come to pick you up.
  • Do you offer family or connecting rooms and rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?
     
    Our hotel offers connecting rooms, ideal for family or friends stays. They can only be booked by phone or email, and consist of a double room with sofa bed associated with a room adapted for people with reduced mobility. In addition, our accessible rooms can be booked directly from our website, or by phone and email at our reception.
  • Is the reception open 24/7?
     
    The reception is open 24/7. Check-ins are possible from 3:00 pm and check-outs at 11:00 am at the latest. Naturally, early check-in and late check-out options are offered on our website or by phone.
  • Do you accept pets?
     
    We accept small pets, provided they remain under the supervision of their owner, who remains responsible in case of material damage. For everyone's comfort, animals must be kept on a leash in common areas. An additional charge of €10 per night applies.
  • Do you offer Room Service?
     
    We do not offer classic room service, but thanks to our snack bar open 24/7, you can place an order from your room or directly at reception. You will then be notified when your order is ready so you can pick it up. You have the choice of enjoying your meals in your room or in our friendly lobby. Payment can be made immediately or added to your room bill for payment at check-out.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
     
    We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as cash and ANCV holiday vouchers. Deposits can be paid by bank transfer. You can make your payment on site at reception or online via 3D Secure payment platforms.
  • What are your Payment Policies & cancellation conditions?
     
    The rates offered on our website are payable on site, with a bank guarantee requested at the time of booking. A pre-authorization of the total amount is made before arrival. All our reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, offering great flexibility to our travelers. On the other hand, our Non-refundable / Non-cancellable rate benefits from a 10% discount, but requires immediate payment upon booking and cannot be canceled free of charge.
